What is Serviced Accommodation (SA) ?
Service Accommodation incorporates renting out a residential property on a nightly rate with hotel or home amenities provided. Designed as a Home away from home, SA includes amenities like furniture, appliances, cleaning services, housekeeping, Wi-fi, Television. Unlike hotels, SA offers added space like living room, kitchen, bedroom separate from bathrooms, and also the outdoor areas.
Do refurbishments to my property, cost me?
We do light cosmetic refurbishments to your property, that is totally free of charge. However, any major works will be covered by the landlord.
Do you manage everything?
We take care of the management and maintenance of the property for the entirety of the agreement, so that you can experience stress free and passive property investment.
What if the landlord wants to sell their property?
Our contract usually runs for 3-5 years term. However, a termination clause can be included which allows an earlier exit with a predetermined notice period that provides greater flexibility to both parties.
